Paradigm Foods was born in 2018 to challenge the norms of the traditional meat industry. Our name, ‘Paradigm’, is inspired by a passion to rethink the norm and find new ways of doing things.
Our approach starts with the end consumer – understanding what they want on their plates, and how we can cater to these needs through premium agricultural produce. Driven by our relentless passion to make meat better, our small, but mighty team of over 20 work tirelessly to support our customers all around the world. Changing the narrative about our relationship with meat runs deep in our blood – many of us are connected to the land and farming industries – fuelling our passion to bring real, premium meat to plates across the globe. This passion has led us to be a Certified B Corporation – the first Australian meat exporter to be B Corp Certified. Roam Australian Wagyu
Long grazing, free-roaming Australian Wagyu
Roam Australian Wagyu was born from the vision to create quality, free-roaming Australian Wagyu. Unlike traditional grain-fed Wagyu, it is extensively grass-fed and free to roam. This unique combination results in naturally slower maturity which delivers a distinctive Wagyu beef experience. Our producers are dedicated to breed, raise & nurture Roam cattle in natural outdoor environments and take great pride in delivering quality Australian free roaming Wagyu from their stations, to your plate.
SCOT of the South
SCOT of the South Black Angus has been inspired by this exceptional breed’s Scottish heritage. In 1808 an Angus County farmer had a vision. A vision to create superior beef, selectively bred for high marbling content, exceptional tenderness, texture and flavour.
16 years later, a herd was established from that bloodline and became known as Aberdeen-Angus.
In 1820, those very cattle were introduced to Australia’s cool climate in Tasmania. From there, these genetics extended to other parts of the country, developing the premium Black Angus cattle Australia is synonymous with.
Muse Wagyu
A New Luxury in Australian Wagyu
MUSE is Full Blood Australian Wagyu with 100% Japanese Shima & Tajima genetics. A muse is a source of inspiration, and our MUSE Wagyu is equally a source of inspiration for chefs, as chefs are for us. Unlike other Wagyu, MUSE has turned the concept of paddock to plate on its head. MUSE lets chefs tell us what their needs are, so we can deliver the cuts they want for their menus.

YUGO XB Wagyu is a tribute to the unique fusion between Japan and Australia in creating superb F1 Wagyu. With rich Japanese origins built on the famous Tajima bloodline, our cattle are raised in the stunning surrounds of Eastern Australia. The herd is a fusion of full blood Wagyu bulls and Australian Angus, long fed for a minimum of 365 days. Yugo XB Wagyu delivers taste, tenderness and flavour – a very special experience for the discerning Wagyu diner.

ICON is the result of collaborations with pioneering geneticists, cattle breeders, and producers. Within this team, there is no one loud voice. Rather a balance of knowledge, respect, and expertise. A culmination of superior Japanese genetics and Australian ingenuity. Our rigid criteria and highest of standards means only proven full blood bulls with a preference to dominant Tajima genetics are selected.
